Trump will not extend DACA's March 5 deadline when 'dreamers' work permits expire, suggests White House

President Donald Trump is not expected to extend the March 5 deadline when work permits begin expiring young immigrants known as ‘dreamers’, White House Chief of Staff John Kelly has suggested. “I doubt very much” that Mr Trump would extend the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) programme, Mr Kelly told reporters on Capitol Hill, according to the Washington Post.
