The US president’s itinerary includes a visit to Blenheim Palace, a meeting with the Queen at Windsor Castle and talks with the prime minister, Theresa May, at Chequers, her country estate in Buckinghamshire. Mr Trump’s plans largely keep him away from London, where the majority of demonstrations will take place. A giant balloon depicting the president as an angry, orange baby will also be flown near Parliament during his visit after more than 10,000 people signed a petition for the inflatable to be given permission to fly.
