Jussie Smollett attack: Police investigate tip that Smollett, brothers seen together on night of alleged incident

Chicago police are investigating a tip that on the night "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett reported being attacked, he was seen in an elevator with two brothers who were arrested in relation to the probe and later released, according to a CPD spokesperson.
