Suspected Islamic State members surrender to U.S-backed SDF forces near BaghouzSuspected Islamic State militants and their families were seen surrendering to U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces near the Iraqi border village of Baghouz on Thursday, video released by a news agency linked to the SDF showed.
